Glenn has over 30 years’ experience in process safety management and risk assessment, using an integrated approach to people, property and the environment. He is a trained HAZOP chairman and a qualified lead auditor. He has also helped companies in developing emergency response plans for onshore facilities, and has led a number of training courses in the areas of safety and risk.
The majority of studies conducted have been for companies in the oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical industries. Glenn’s projects have included risk assessments and PSM audits for upstream facilities, refineries and downstream plant, storage facilities and cross-country pipelines worldwide. Glenn has also assisted a number of organisations in Seveso III / COMAH compliance in the UK and Europe, by meeting safety report and emergency response requirements.
Kate acts as the Company Secretary for the business. She was formerly a nurse, working within the NHS and abroad. Her last position involved providing clinical leadership and governance of community services. After leaving the NHS in 2005, she completed a diploma in art and practiced as an artist. She also became heavily involved in the management of Battersea Ironsides RFC, leading to it's accreditation with the RFU and she held the role as Club Secretary.
Kate's role now is to manage the administrative side of this business and, of course, to keep Glenn in check !
